SUBWAY MINI COOKIES

Brief
Develop a suite of in-store point-of-purchase materials to drive awareness and trial of Subway's new Mini Cookies, encouraging guests to add the product to their order.
Approach
To help the new offering stand out within the restaurant environment, I created a series of eye catching point-of-purchase displays designed to capture attention at key decision making moments. The creative focused on highlighting the cookies' bite-sized format and shareable appeal through bold product photography, playful messaging, and clear visual hierarchy that aligned with Subway's brand guidelines.
Solution
The final execution included a range of in-store promotional materials strategically placed throughout the customer journey, from ordering areas to pickup zones. The campaign helped introduce the new product to guests while reinforcing Mini Cookies as an easy and irresistible add-on purchase.
